Laredos RioFest is about more than the 33 mile challenge. We will be having numerous other activities as well. Come early, stay late, and help us enjoy the weekend of the race.

The Adventure Expo will consist of 3 “Villages” for every one in the family to enjoy.  We will have exhibitors and food and beverage vendors. Join us at Los Dos Laredos Park for the finish line and other activities.

The Kid’s Fun Run will be a challenging race for kids of all age groups. Help keep kids active by competing in this early morning race. Race begins at 9am.

Ciclo Mania will be hosting their first annual mountain bike race to accompany the RioFest kayak race. This ten mile race will take place on the trails along the Rio Grande east and west of Dos Laredos Park. Contact Ciclo Mania for more information

Join us after a day at the Rio Grande for an evening of live music. Featuring the sounds of Factura22, Umano Ache, and Banda Revolucion. The concert will be set on Water St, overlooking the Rio Grande and Los Dos Laredos Park.

Laredo Main Street will be hosting their monthly Farmers Market on Saturday October 15. Help support local farmers and individuals selling their products to the community. We will be providing shuttles to and from the Dos Laredos Park.

Big River Foundation will be organizing a 7 mile Recreational Race. The Race will be from Father McNaboe Park to Los Dos Laredos Park. This race is open to those who would like to try kayak on the river.

Help us rally for Laredo and support safe water with Rotary’s water filtration project. We will be asking people to bring their own bubble solution or buy on site to raise funds for a ceramic water filtration system.
